Are you Eligible for Financial Support?

The following types of organizations are eligible for support:

• Members of CFBMC
  
  Priority will be given to members who fall under one of the two following categories:
  
  
• Not-for-Profit organizations
• Producers associations

Eligibility Criteria

• Organization must be a member of the Canadian Farm Business Management Council (for more information on membership, please visit our members page.
• Events targeted at an agricultural producer audience
• Organizers agree to conduct an evaluation of the sponsored speaker's session and provide feedback to the CFBMC

Please be advised that no speaker will be sponsored by the CFBMC sponsorship program for any conference that is to be held by the organization or company that he/she may work for. Also, only one speaker will be accepted per organization per year.

When CFBMC enters into an agreement with an organization, the organization is responsible for contracting and paying the speaker selected from our list. CFBMC will reimburse the organization directly within 30 days of receipt and approval of the following:

• Invoice from the organization referencing the agreement
• Copy of the speaker's fee invoice
• Copy of the speaker's expenses pertaining to this event
• Evaluation of the speaker's session

In recognition of contributing to an event, CFBMC requires that the organization provide the following:

• Acknowledge CFBMC by providing signage and verbal acknowledgement during the event
• Distribute CFBMC farm business management information to participants via conference packages (material to be provided by CFBMC)
• Recognize CFBMC in all media advertising and brochures
