Greg Connell
Greg is a seasoned veteran with over 25 years of experience in the consumer product sector. He has extensive management experience in retail and wholesale food operations in Atlantic Canada. His experience includes managing supermarkets and wholesale operations, product development, business planning, strategic planning, marketing, research and agritourism.
Greg has worked on behalf of retailers, wholesalers, manufactures and growers. He has been involved in private label initiatives, key account initiatives, research projects, advertising programs, website development, packaging design, nutrition, food safety, traceability and much more.
He has done presentations on various topics to food manufactures and growers, and also conducts marketing seminars. He has also facilitated marketing and business planning sessions for various groups and private companies.
Greg has been involved in the food industry as Director in the Atlantic Food and Beverage Processor’s Association, and currently serves as a Director for the Canadian Produce Marketing Association.
He has several years of hands on practical experience. This experience has provided him with the knowledge and expertise that he has today. Greg is always anxious to share his knowledge and expertise with others, and in particular ready to help you better understand how Value Chain can better link your business to wholesalers and retailers in you market.
