Value Chain Management Workshops 2008-2009

About VCM

For the past three years, over 1,000 participants across Canada have benefited by attending a Value Chain Management Workshop. Working in conjunction with industry partners, we use real-world examples drawn from successful value chains from Canada and around the world so you get a sense of what it takes to build a successful value chain.

The format is hands-on and interactive; the information is valuable and practical. You’ll get first-hand knowledge of how producers just like you are adopting the value chain strategy in their businesses and improving business practices as well as long-term profitability.
