Michelle Painchaud is the president and owner of The Painchaud Performance Group and SCORE Consulting.
With over 20 years of practical, innovative, and field-tested experience in employee engagement and performance management, Michelle’s expertise spans management, leadership, and high-performance talent development; she energizes organizations to create positive and productive cultures that inspire and drive performance.
Michelle is one of Canada’s premier employee engagement and performance management consultants. Widely known for her skills in identifying competencies, discovering performance gaps, and developing solutions to enhance individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. Michelle also designs custom-training programs, and conducts challenging and invigorating workshops, which result in constructive,measurable behavioural change and high return-on-training investment.
Michelle is an acclaimed international speaker, who has frequently spoken at senior-level executive summits, international conferences, and events. She is consistently praised for her practical insights into the realities of the modern-day workplace, her good-humored style, and engaging, compelling, and entertaining delivery.
Through her career management tools, workshops, and speeches, Michelle has counseled thousands of people from all ages and walks of life across hundreds of organizations; she knows what they need to feel energized, engaged, and empowered, and how to work with them to overcome the challenges with which they sometimes struggle.
Michelle’s clients have included Farm Credit Canada and the Biotechnology Human Resource Council, and she recently conducted program development work with three private colleges, and developed and launched a new training centre in Tunisia, Africa. She also regularly consults on education and participates in curriculum dacum development.
Michelle is also the founder of Winnipeg Chapter of Wired Woman, the HR training expert for the proposal selection committee with Centre for the Aboriginal Human Resource Council and an active member with the Human Capital Institute.
Michelle is completing a national certification program, which will identify her as the first, and only, Certified Performance Technologist in Manitoba through the International Society of Performance Improvement.
